To successfully expand to a new city, they needed a standardized system to improve coordination and ensure a smooth launch.

Through a strategic visioning workshop with Circles’ founders and key internal employees, we focused on uncovering internal challenges across all aspects of the business. This collaborative session was designed to align the team on the company’s vision for growth while developing actionable solutions for streamlining operations. The approach included:

  • Identifying Internal Bottlenecks – Through facilitated discussions, we identified key pain points and inefficiencies in every department, from marketing strategy to sales processes to project management.

  • Aligning on Strategic Objectives – I ensured that all team members, from leadership to employees, understood Circles’ goals for European expansion, fostering a shared vision and commitment to overcoming operational obstacles.

  • Creating a Roadmap for Change – After synthesizing the findings, I developed a current state and future state analysis, which outlined the necessary changes and provided a clear plan for how the company would implement these improvements to scale effectively.
