Atlex Law is a small boutique immigration law firm based in Barcelona, Spain focused on serving client needs across a number of residency processes.
Atlex Law was experiencing growing pains as client demand increased. With only the founder and an administrative assistant managing all client cases, it became difficult to manage the volume of communication and administrative tasks. Onboarding new clients, tracking case progress, and staying on top of deadlines required significant manual effort, leading to delays and an overwhelming workload.

Automating Client Intake – Implemented a digital intake process that reduced manual data entry and ensured all client information was captured accurately from the start.
Streamlining Communication Workflows – Set up a centralized system using HubSpot and Google Suite to track client interactions, automate follow-ups, and organize case-related emails and documents.
Creating Case Management Templates – Developed structured templates for different immigration cases, providing clear step-by-step workflows to help manage deadlines, tasks, and required documents.
After running an initial operational audit, I designed and implemented a streamlined approach using HubSpot, Google Suite, and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency and client management.
